Concept
The Gatewood Club is a wholesome family oriented organization.
The purpose of the Gatewood Club is to provide for its members
an outstanding facility where they can meet their friends,
entertain their guests and enjoy the very finest in food,
recreational facilities and service in a setting of quiet
elegance.
Location
The Clubhouse is located in the heart of Gatewood. Members
and their guests delight in the spectacular and expansive
view of the tranquil lakes and their wooded shorelines.
Social Facilities
Club Social facilities include a spacious dining room, dance
floor, intimate lounge, and five private rooms.
Pool Facilities
Our "Z" shaped pool is a favorite during the summer
and is the perfect place for an outside event.
Tennis Facilities
Members enjoy the use of six Laykold tennis courts and six
clay courts, all with ample lighting, completely equipped
Pro Shop and fulltime Tennis Professional.
Membership Categories
The Board of Directors has determined
that membership in the Gatewood Club shall be either through
property ownership or by invitation. The following categories
of membership have been established:
Property Owners
Property ownership in Gatewood entitles full club privileges
of tennis, swimming, and social recreation.
Full Membership
Members may utilize full club facilities including tennis,
swimming and social recreation.
Club and Recreational
Membership
All social amenities are included with your choice of tennis
or pool membership.
Clubhouse and Social Membership
Social members enjoy the use of the Club's inviting lounges,
dining rooms and all special events.
Senior Clubhouse Only
Membership
Members must be 65 and over to qualify for this option.
Membership includes reduced monthly dues, Food and Beverage
minimum and no initiation fee.
Special Pool Summer Membership
Special membership will allow you to enjoy the Olympic size
pool during the summer months. (see

Corporate Membership
These memberships are issued in the name of a firm, corporation
or group and assigned to an individual for use. On approval
by the Admissions Committee, and payment of a transfer fee,
these memberships are transferable to a successor within
the firm.
Non-Resident Member
Non-Resident members must maintain their principal residence
and business address outside the adjacent county area.

* With a Clubhouse/Tennis or
a Clubhouse Only Membership, you may purchase a Summer Pool
Pass for $275 per year.
A monthly Food & Beverage minimum, currently $30.00,
applies to all categories of membership except Senior Clubhouse,
which is $25.00. Pool and Pro Shop refreshment charges count
towards your minimum.
A Full Membership includes clubhouse
functions, tennis and pool.

Special Pool Membership
As of February 27, 2009
Gatewood Management is excited to offer the following options
for Pool Memberships for the summer season
| Option 1: |
Pay $87.00 per month all year and no pool
fee is required.
Total cost per year: $1,044.00 |
| Option 2: |
Pay CLUB HOUSE ONLY dues of $56.00 per month all year
and pay a reduced pool fee of $275.00 in May.
Total cost per year: $947.00 |
| Option 3: |
Pay $375.00 up front pool fee for Summer Only Pool
Membership. With this option, at the end of the summer
you may join any regular membership category and we
will waive the Initiation Fee.

All options require a $30.00 Food
& Beverage minimum each month, which you may order lunch
poolside or snacks from the pool shack.
